Retired Capt. Tom Quinn presents the Class 25 plaque to Asst. Chief Jason Richard.
The plaque was designed by Class 25’s Anthony Spadaro.
Also present for the presentation was retired Batt. Chief Bruce Richard (Jason’s dad).
Class 25 graduated from the 昀椀re academy on November 1974.
