Make commitments, meet those commitments, don’t make commitments that can’t be kept

Develop a recovery plan
Communicate it
Revise your commitment
Strengths are not abused
Weaknesses never exploited
Challenges never go uncontested
Opportunities never go dormant without a response
Stress is never a justi昀椀cation for rudeness
Con昀氀ict is never a justi昀椀cation for divisiveness
Group values are based on individuals and regarded as self-correcting within the group

Failure accepted as a teacher- not a judge
